Thank you for taking the time to research your mental health and wellness options. This page is designed to provide you with basic information about the person behind the theory and art of psychotherapy. Jessica is originally from Swansea, Massachusetts and served as an intelligence analyst in various capacities with the U.S. Army until her mid-thirties. Upon completing her masters degree in clinical psychology, Jessica opened Nectar of Life Counseling in 2011 with a desire to provide her clients a discrete, holistic, and customized approach to mental health, wellness, personal growth and transformation.
Jessica was mentored by Dr Dick W. Gee of the Colorado Springs Marriage Institute from 2011 - 2016. She is both experiential and systems focused in nature and adept at creatively joining with her clients to cultivate conditions for change. Reveling in depth work, she has created unique group and workshop opportunities for her clients and the local community.
Jessica is currently on sabbatical through 2018 to further her journey through analysis and experiential studies in Jungian Analysis, The Red Book, depth-psychology, nature-based spirituality, Shamanism, sound/resonance healing, and archetypal structures of human development through myth, fairy tales, astrology, tarot, numerology, music, and dream work.
